The lot required a lot of dirt work, and Beacon graded the lot consistent with our agreements. Beacon St is located in Washington Heights, Spartanburg. Not only did they provide us with a sturdy, beautiful house, it was finished sooner than anticipated. We would recommend Beasom Homes to anyone wanting an above standard home. We're known for our Chili-Cheese A-Plenty, a chili-cheeseburger buried underneath piles of sweet onion rings and french-fried potatoes. I was most satisfied with the initial sales and design meetings with Beacon Fine Homes. Everyone was courteous and that was the best part of the process. Our home is beautiful and certainly far better build quality than other builders in our neighborhood.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the construction. I have had no issues with the quality of the construction. There were a few minor things that I asked to be repaired and Johnny quickly took care of each request. I would recommend this builder to anyone looking to get a new house.
